CAP Cooking events

CAP Cookery workshops will be held in 7 different Member States: Denmark, Scotland, The Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria and France.  All workshops will be held on the same farms that will also be portrayed in the book and in the video. Farms will be located in the vicinity of major urban centers to attract (young) urbanites to participate. 

The workshops will be held in March - April 2016*. For each local event between 500 and 1,000 people are expected to participate. The programme for these local events will in general terms be:

  • Open doors

  • Cookery classes

  • Presentation by speakers and experts

  • Lunches / Dinners 'café mangeant et pensant’(eating and thinking café)'
